Needed an outstanding Customer Service Rep!! Do you have domestic and international freight experience? Our client in the Transportation industry based in Etobicoke is looking for two Customer Service Reps to assist in their Freight Forwarding dept for a long-term assignment. Reporting to the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for but not limited to the follows: Taking customer calls and freight enquiries, pricing for freight consignments, providing shipping documentation including customs documents. Negotiate and issue quotes to customers. Deal with trans-border US/Canada freight requirements and customs. Requirements: Attention to detail Excellent software skills including intermediate to advanced Word, Excel and MS Outlook. Accurate Data Entry speed of 6000ksph min. An independent, extremely organized, versatile worker with excellent communication skills both written and oral.
