Mid sized office is seeking a general maintenance handyman. Job entails office upkeep, minor lifting, office repairs, minor cleaning, and general maintenance. In addition to the office there are a number of properties inside the city that are going to require similar upkeep indoor and outdoor repairs as well as maintenance. All applicants must have a valid drivers license as well as access to their own transportation as travel within the city will be involved. Of course reimbursement for gas mileage is also included in the position. Starting wage is 10.00/hr plus a benefits package.
