French Bilingual Team Lead

Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, manage the day-to-day activities of a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure project results and client satisfaction targets are achieved. This is a front line supervisory role responsible for managing and motivating a team, monitoring calls to provide ongoing coaching and development and providing floor support to answer questions and handle call escalations. The successful candidate must be self motivated, goal orientated, work well in a team environment and ability to provide and receive feedback and coaching. Attributes that include competitiveness, and looking for career development are highly regarded.
